In order to optimise price vs volume, our minimum quantity on any cheese is 1kg (one kilogram). The larger the quantity, the lower the per kilo price. Why would you buy 150g Parmesan at R120 from your local snobbish supermarket if you can buy 1 kilo of the best Parmesan in SA at R195? Or why would you buy Buffalo Mozzarella in quantities of 80g and 110g at a cost of more than R 700 per kilo? Our premium quality Buffalo sells at less than R200 per kilo, making it affordable to use fresh mozzarella in you favourite salads and on your delicious pizzas.
